اثر عصاره‌های گیاهی کانسولیدا اورینتالیس، ماتریکا چامومیل و آدونیس ورنالیس در رشد قارچ متاریزیوم آنیزوپیله

چکیده

حشره‌کش‌های بیولوژیک به دلیل سازگاری با طبیعت و ارزانی، تاثیر مناسب‌تری نسبت به حشره‌کش‌های شیمیایی دارند و مقاومت نسبت به آن‌ها کمتر ایجاد می‌شود. در این میان توجه زیادی به استفاده قارچ‌های آنتوموپاتوژن گردیده و قارچ Metarhizium anisopliae یکی از قارچ‌های بیمارگر حشرات می‌باشد. در این مطالعه عصاره سه گیاه Consolida orientalis، Matrica chamomile و Adonis vernalis که قبلا اثر حشره‌کشی آنها ثابت شده بود انتخاب، و اثر آنها بر روی رشد و اسپورزایی Metarhizium anisopliae بررسی گردید تا در صورت عدم تاثیر مهاری این عصاره‌ها بر روی رشد این قارچ بتوان به شکل توام در مبارزه با بندپایان استفاده نمود. از عصاره‌های گیاهی شامل غلظت‌های 1/0 درصد، 10 درصد و 20 درصد برای Consolida orientalis، 2/0 درصد، 5/0 درصد و دو درصد Matrica chamomile و یک درصد، 10 درصد و 20 درصد Adonis vernalis استفاده شد. عصاره Consolida orientalis، Matrica chamomile و Adonis vernalis روی میزان رشد میسیلیوم و درصد اسپورزایی Metarhizium anisopliae در مقایسه با شاهد (۰۵/۰>P) معنی‌دار است. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده در این مطالعه مشخص گردید که عصاره‌ی Adonis vernalis در غلظت 1 درصد و Matrica chamomile در غلظت 2/0 درصد کمترین اثر را روی رشد میسلیوم و اسپورزایی قارچ متاریزیوم انیزوپلیه داشت. با عنایت به تاثیر این عصاره‌ها در ازبین بردن بندپایان انگلی، می‌توان از ترکیب این عصاره‌ها و قارچ متاریزیوم در کنترل بیولوژیک بندپایان انگل استفاده نمود.

Biological pesticides are natural, more environmental friendly, potentially less expensive, and more effective than chemical pesticides, as problems with resistance are less likely to occur. Among biocontrol agents entomopathogenic fungi received major attention in recent years. Several of these fungi cause mortality in the arthropod vectors transmitting diseases between human and animals. One of the most pathogenic fungal species examined for pathogenicity against pests was found to be Metarhizium anisopliae. M. anisopliae is one of major fungal pathogens of insects and its conidial viability may be affected by environmental factors. In this study we examined the effects of three plant extracts Consolida orientalis, Matricaria chamomilla and Adonis vernalis on growth and sporulation of the fungus M. anisopliae in laboratory condition. The extract concentration which was used in herbal formulation consists of 0.1%, 10% and 20% of C. orientalis, 0.2%, 0.5% and 2% of M. chamomilla and 1%, 10% and 20% of A. vernalis. The results showed that significant effect of extracts of 1% and 0.2% of A. vernalis and M. chamomilla on mycelium growth and sporulation of the fungus M. anisopliae respectively. Given the impact of these extracts in eliminating parasitic arthropods, it is possible to combine these extracts and metarazium mushrooms in the biological control of parasite arthropods.
