تاثیر عصاره اتانولی چای سبز (Camellia sinensis) بر فراسنجه های بیوشیمیایی و وضعیت اکسیداتیو در ماهی قرمز(Carassius auratus)

چکیده

در مطالعه حاضر اثرات عصاره اتانولی چای سبز (Camellia sinensis) بر برخی فراسنجه‌های بیوشیمیایی و آنتی‌اکسیدانی در ماهی قرمز (Carassius auratus) مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. ماهی‌ها (با میانگین وزن 5/0±1/9 گرم) به صورت تصادفی و به تعداد 90 ماهی در نه تانک (با سه تانک برای هر گروه) توزیع شدند. در گروه تیمار، ماهی‌ها با مقادیر50 و 100 میلی‌گرم عصاره اتانولی چای سبز در کیلوگرم خوراک پایه به مدت دو ماه تغذیه شدند و در گروه کنترل جیره پایه بدون افزودن چای سبز مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد پروتئین تام در هر دو گروه تیمار افزایش یافت. آنزیم‌های متابولیکی سرم شامل آلکالین فسفاتاز (ALP) و آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز (AST) در بین گروه های مختلف تغییری نداشت. از طرف دیگر، محصول ناشی از پراکسیداسیون لیپیدها در دو گروه تیمار کاهش یافت. فعالیت آنزیم آنتی‌اکسیدانی سوپراکسیددیسموتاز (SOD) نیز متعاقب استفاده از عصاره اتانولی چای سبز در هر دو گروه تیمار نسبت به گروه کنترل افزایش یافت. تحت شرایط آزمایشگاهی در این مطالعه، میزان مناسب استفاده از عصاره اتانولی چای سبز 50 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم بود که بر برخی فراسنجه های بیوشیمیایی و وضعیت آنتی اکسیدان در ماهی قرمز تاثیرات مثبت داشت.

In this study, effects of ethanolic green tea (Camellia sinensis) extract on some biochemical and antioxiant parameters in gold fish (Carassius auratus) were evaluated. The fish (average mean weight 9.1 ± 0.5 grams) were randomly distributed at density of 90 fish in nine tanks )with three tanks for each group(. In treatment groups, fish fed ethanolic green tea extract at 50 and 100 mg kg-1 for a period of two months where as in control group, basal diet without any additive was used. Results showed that total protein increased in both treatment groups. Serum metabolic enzymes including alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) did not change between different groups. On the other hand, lipid peroxidation product decreased in both treatment groups. Similarly, antioxidant enzyme activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased following the administration of green tea in both groups compared to the control group. Under the present experimental condition, the optimal supplementary level of ethanolic green tea extract was 50 mg kg-1 with potential to positively influence some biochemical parameters and antioxidant status in gold fish.
