شناسایی معیارهای انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان برتر جهت ارزیابی بهتر آن‌ها در صنعت فرآورده‌های بیولوژیک بر اساس روش ویکور فازی (مورد مطالعه: موسسه تحقیقات واکسن و سرم‌سازی رازی)

چکیده

    با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون ارتباط با تأمین‌کنندگان وفادار و مسئول در زنجیره تأمین شرکت‌ها، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی معیارهای انتخاب تأمین‌کنندگان به منظور ارزیابی بهتر آنها در صنعت فرآورده‌های بیولوژیک انجام پذیرفته است که از نظر بعد استراتژیک برای شرکت و کشور اهمیت فراوان داشته و باعث خدمت‌رسانی بهتر به  مشتریان نیز می‌گردد. لذا از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، جنبه توصیفی و پیمایشی دارد و به صورت مقطعی در سال 1398 در موسسه تحقیقات واکسن و سرم‌سازی رازی که در صنعت فرآورده‌های بیولوژیک فعالیت دارد، اجرا شده است. روش تحقیق حاضر شامل مراجعه به پژوهش‌ها و مستندهای مربوطه و استخراج شاخص‌های کلی و مهم جهت ارزیابی تأمین‌کنندگان و همچنین بازبینی معیارها توسط 24 مدیر و کارشناس خبره صنعت فرآورده بیولوژیک می‌باشد. نهایتا با استفاده از پرسشنامه نیمه باز بومی‌سازی محقق‌ و به روش دلفی فازی، 16 معیار انتخاب گردید که شامل: تقاضای خرید محصول، میزان رقابت با دیگران، قیمت محصول، درآمد، سود، کیفیت محصول، قابلیت اطمینان، عمل به تعهدها، هزینه عرضه محصول، توانایی کاهش هزینه، نوآوری، تجربه‌های تجاری ثبت شده، ادراک و پذیرش ریسک، مستندها، تنوع خط‌تولید، محدودیت‌های تجاری می‌باشد. نتایج بدست آمده از روش ویکور فازی منجر به رتبه بندی تامین‌کنندگان فعلی مواد اولیه فرآورده‌های بیولوژیک موسسه رازی گردید که می‌تواند جهت تصمیم‌گیری‌های آتی مدیران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

According to the increasing importance of communication with loyal and responsible suppliers in the supply chain of companies, this study conducted with the aim of identifying supplier selection criteria in order to better evaluate suppliers of the biological products industry, which in terms of strategic dimension for the company and the country are very important and deliver better service to customers. Therefore, in terms of practical purpose and in terms of nature, it has a descriptive and survey aspect and implemented cross-sectionally in 1398 in Razi Vaccine and Serum Research Institute, which is active in the biological products industry. The method of the present research includes referring to the relevant researches and documents and extracting general and important indicators to evaluate the suppliers as well as reviewing the criteria by 24 managers and experts in the biological product industry. ‌ And by fuzzy Delphi method, 16 criteria were selected which include: product purchase demand, competition with others, product price, revenue, profit, product quality, reliability, fulfillment of commitments, product supply cost, cost reduction ability, innovation, experience Registered trades are risk perception and acceptance, documentation, product line diversity, trade constraints. The results of the fuzzy Vicor method led to the ranking of current suppliers of raw materials for biological products of Razi Institute, which used for future decisions of managers.
