بررسی هیستوپاتولوژیک ترمیم زخم ناشی از گاستروتومی در خرگوش، با نخ‌های پلی گلاکتین 910 آغشته به فنی توئین و ترانکرون

چکیده

زخم‌های‌ معده به دلایل مختلف تولید می‌شوند. بهبود سریع زخم‌های جراحی مورد بحث محققین می‌باشد. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی هیستوپاتولوژیکی اثر نخ‌های پلی‌گلاکتین 910 آغشته به فنی‌توئین و ترانکرون بر روی ترمیم زخم معده جراحی در خرگوش‌ها می‌باشد. 21 خرگوش نر سفید نیوزلندی به سه گروه کنترل، فنی‌توئین و ترانکرون تقسیم شدند. یک برش گاستروتومی یک سانتی‌متری در خم بزرگ دیواره معده ایجاد، سپس با الگوی کوشینگ توسط نخ‌های آغشته به فنی‌تویین و ترانکرون بخیه زده شد. برای بررسی آسیب‌شناسی بافتی (هیستوپاتولوژی) در روزهای 3، 7 و 21 بعد از جراحی نمونه بافتی اخذ و مقاطع با روش هماتوکسیلین – ائوزین و ماسون تری کروم رنگ‌آمیزی شدند. تغییرات هیستوپاتولوژیکی توسط آزمون کروکسال والیس مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. نتایج مطالعات هیستوپاتولوژی نشان داد که در گروه‌های ترانکرون و فنی‌تویین میزان سلول‌های التهابی، فیبروبلاست‌ها و عروق‌زایی به طور معنی‌داری پایین‌تر از گروه کنترل (05/0>P)و میزان تشکیل سلول‌های اپی‌تلیال به طور معنی‌داری بالاتر از گروه کنترل بود. اما بین گروه‌های فنی‌تویین و ترانکرون تفاوت معنی‌داری نبود. نخ‌های بخیه پلی‌گلاکتین 910 آغشته به ترانکرون و آغشته به فنی‌توئین اثرات چشم‌گیری بر روی کاهش التهاب و تسریع روند ترمیم زخم تجربی ناشی از جراحی گاستروتومی در خرگوش نشان دادند.

Gastric ulcers are created by various reasons. Faster healing of wounds is more challenging to researchers. The aim of this study was to histopathgological evaluation of the effect of phenytoin and theranekron-impregnated polyglactin 910 yarns on healing process of gastric surgical wound in the rabbits. Twenty-one male white Newzland rabbits were divided into three groups of control, phenytoin and theranekron. A gastrotomy incision with one cm in length was made in the greater curvature of the gastric wall, and then was sutured in Cushing pattern with phenytoin and theranekron-impregnated Vicryl yarn. For histopathological evaluation at days 3, 7 and 21 after surgery tissue samples were taken and stained with hematoxylin eosin and Masson-Trichrome. Histopathological changes were analyzed by using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The results of the histopathological studies showed that in the phenytoin and theranekron groups the rate of inflammatory cells, fibroblasts and vascularization were significantly (P<0.05) lower than  the control group and rate of epithelial cell formation was significantly higher than  the control group but between phenytoin and theranekron groups were not significantly difference.
