مطالعه فراوانی آلودگی به گونه‌های سارکوسیتیس درگاو و گوسفندان کشتار شده در کشتارگاه شهرستان سقز

چکیده

بیماری سارکوسیستوزیس یکی از شایع‌ترین بیماری‌های تک‌یاخته‌ای مشترک است که توسط گونه‌های مختلف سارکوسیستیس ایجاد می‌شود. با توجه به اهمیت این بیماری در بهداشت عمومی، میزان فراوانی آلودگی به سارکوسیستیس و تنوع گونه‌‌ای آن در گوسفندان و گاوهای کشتار شده در کشتارگاه سقز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در مجموع 280 رأس گوسفند (140رأس) و گاو (140رأس) کشتار شده به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند و از ماهیچه‌های مری، دیافراگم، قلب، زبان، جوشی و ماهیچه‌های بین‌دنده‌ای نمونه‌گیری انجام شد. نمونه‌ها به دو روش مشاهده مستقیم برای کیست‌های ماکروسکوپی و یافتن کیست‌های میکروسکوپی به روش هضمی و گسترش مهری مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. از 140 رأس گاو در بررسی به روش هضمی و گسترش مهری به ترتیب 37 لاشه (42/26 %) و 27 لاشه (28/19 %) به ترتیب آلوده به برادی‌زوئیت‌ها بودند. از 140 رأس گوسفند تحت مطالعه، در بازرسی ماکروسکوپی 11 لاشه (85/7 %) ماکروکیست دیده شد. در ارزیابی مورفومتریک، 9 لاشه (81/81%) دارای کیست‌های گونه سارکوسیستیس ژیگانته‌آ بودند و 2 لاشه (18/18 %) نیز دارای کیست‌ از گونه سارکوسیستیس مدیزیفورمیس بودند. در بررسی با روش گسترش مهری و هضمی به ترتیب 32 لاشه (85/22 %) و 23 لاشه (42/16 %) آلوده به برادی‌زوئیت انگل بودند. میزان آلودگی در گوسفندان و گاوهای نر بیش‌تر از ماده بود (05/0 P<). اختلاف فراوانی آلودگی در گروه‌های سنی مختلف گوسفندان و گاوهای مورد بررسی معنی‌دار بود و میزان آلودگی در گوسفندان سه سال و بزرگتر و گاوهای دو سال وبزرگتر، بیشتر دیده شد (05/0>P). یافته‌های این مطالعه بیانگر بالا بودن فراوانی آلودگی سارکوسیستیس در گاوها و گوسفندان منطقه بود. بنابراین با توجه به اهمیت سارکوسیستیس در بهداشت عمومی، پیشنهاد می‌شود از خوردن گوشت خام و نیمه‌پخته خودداری کرده و اقدامات پیشگیرانه مانند بازرسی دقیق از لاشه‌ها و حذف کامل یا موضعی لاشه‌ها در کشتارگاه صورت بگیرد.

چکیده [English]

Sarcocystis infection is one of the most common zoonotic protozoon diseases caused by different Sarcocystis spp. Due to the importance of this infection in public health, the infection rate of Sarcocystis infectionand its species in slaughtered sheep and cattle of abattoir of Saqez, was investigated. Total of 280 slaughtered sheep and cattle were selected randomly, and their esophagus, diaphragm, heart, tongue, masseter, and intercostal muscles were separated. To find cysts, the samples were examined by two methods: direct observation for macroscopic cysts and finding microscopics cysts by digestion and impression smear (DOB smear) methods. Of the 140 inspected cows, 37 (26.42%) and 27 (19.28%) carcasses were contaminated with bradyzoite of parasite, respectively, by impression smear and peptic digestion method. In 140 slaughtered sheep samples, there was 11 (7.85%) macroscopic cyst in samples but microscopic cysts were positive in 32(22.58) and 23(16.42) of sheep respectively, by impression smear and peptic digestion method. In morphologic survey, 9 (81.81%) cases were infected with Sarcocystis gigantea and 2 (18.18%) cases was infected with S. medusiformis. The results showed infections in males were more than females in both sheep and cattle(P<0.05). There was a significant different in various ages of studied cattle and sheep(P<0.05).The infection rate was higher in sheep older than 3 years old and in cows older than 2 years old. This study showed the heavy sarcocystis infection in meat of cattle and sheep of this region,so, Due to importance of this parasite in public health, it is suggested to avoid eating raw and undercooked meat and conduct preventive measures such as closer inspection of carcasses and local or total removal of slaughtered in abattoir.
