تاثیر پودر دانه زیره و رازیانه در مقایسه با موننسین بر تنش اکسیداتیو بره‌های پرواری در شرایط تنش گرمایی

چکیده

از آنجاکه تنش گرمایی اثرات نامطلوبی بر وضعیت اکسیداتیو بدن می‌گذارد، به منظور بررسی تاثیر پودر زیره و رازیانه در مقایسه با موننسین بر تنش اکسیداتیو بره‌های پرواری در شرایط تنش گرمایی طبیعی، از 15 راس بره نر لری، در سه گروه پنج راسی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی، استفاده شد. گروه‌ها آزمایشی شامل گروه یک: جیره پایه، گروه دو: جیره پایه + هشت گرم مخلوط پودر زیره و رازیانه، و گروه سه: جیره پایه + mg 30 موننسین بودند. در روز 56 آزمایش از ورید وداج بره‌ها خونگیری به عمل آمد و بعد از جداسازی سرم خون، آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدان و برخی از فراسنجه‌های خونی اندازه‌گیری گردید. افزودن پودر زیره و رازیانه به جیره پایه، باعث افزایش معنی‌دار مقدار گلوتاتیون احیاء و فعالیت آنزیم‌های آنتی‌اکسیدانی (سوپراکسید دیسموتاز، کاتالاز، گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز و پاراکسوناز) و کاهش معنی‌دار مقدار اکسید نیتریک (شاخص التهاب) و مالون دی آلدئید (شاخص پراکسیداسیون لیپیدی) سرم خون بره‌های پرواری گردید. افزودن پودر زیره و رازیانه همانند موننسین تاثیر معنی‌داری بر مقدار هورمون تیروکسین نداشت، اما موجب کاهش معنی‌دار مقدار فعالیت آنزیم کبدی (آسپارتات آمینوترانسفراز) خون بره‌ها گردید. بر اساس یافته‌های این آزمایش می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که افزودن پودر دانه زیره و رازیانه به مقدار هشت گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم ماده خشک جیره پایه بره‌های پرواری در شرایط تنش گرمایی، می‌تواند بروز آسیب‌های ناشی از تنش اکسیداتیو را کاهش داده و باعث بهبود وضعیت آنتی اکسیدانی بره‌های پرواری در شرایط تنش گرمایی گردد.

Heat stresses have an adverse effect on the oxidative status of the body. In order to investigate the effect of cumin and fennel powder in comparison with monensin on oxidative stress of lambs in heat stress conditions, 15 male lambs were used in a completely randomized design in three groups with five replications. Experimental groups included group one: basis diet, group two: basis diet + 8 g of cumin and fennel powder mixture and group three: basis diet + 30 mg monensin. Blood samples were collected from lambs' vein on day 56 and blood serum antioxidant enzymes and blood parameters were measured. Data were analyzed using SAS statistical software. The supplementation of base diet with cumin and fennel powder resulted in a significant increase in the level of glutathione reduction and antioxidant enzymes activity (superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase and paraoxonase), but the amount of nitric oxide (inflammation index) and malondialdehyde (lipid peroxidation index) in the blood serum of lambs decreased significantly. The addition of cumin and fennel powder, similar to monensin, did not significantly affect thyroxine hormone concentration, but significantly reduced the amount of aspartate aminotransferase enzyme in lamb's blood serum. Based on the findings of this study, adding cumin powder and fennel to 8 g/kg DM in the diet of lambs can reduce the damage caused by oxidative stress and improve the antioxidant status of lambs in heat stress conditions.
