Ornithobacterium Rhinotracheale (ORT) infection causes a disease in birds and can lead to economic impacts. the disease can be prevented vaccination. This study was aimed at examining the durability of Immune response induced by the inactive ORT vaccine, by ELISA test in SPF chickens. 20 SPF chickens of 10 weeks old from both sex were randomly divided into two separate groups and kept in the cage system under appropriate temperature and ventilation conditions. Water and food were provided at lib. Three days after adaptation to the environment, all birds were subjected to blood sampling from wing web arteries, to measure the intact antibodies level as a zero day of experiment. ORT vaccination was performed twice with six weeks apart by subcutaneous route in the one-third end of the neck, at dosage range of 0.2 ml and 0.3 ml in the both groups respectively. The indirect serotype A specific Elisa test (Biochek, Netherlands) was used to monitor serum immune response . Blood sampling were scheduled to get from both groups weekly for three week from the second week after the first vaccination and continue subsequently three times again for every two weeks up to the tenth week of vaccination. After that monthly sampling continued until the weeks of 38. The statistical analysis of obtained results showed that in addition to obtaining equally high level of humoral immunity induction by each one of dosage, the immune resistance in birds expected to be extended behind economical live of vaccinated flocks
