اثرات استفاده از آب اسیدی شده همراه با شکل استفاده از دانه کامل گندم قبل و بعد از پلت بر عملکرد رشد، ویژگی‌های لاشه، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی و فراسنجه‌های ایمنی و خونی در جوجه‌های گوشتی

چکیده

استفاده از اسیدهای آلی در آب آشامیدنی و روش استفاده از دانه های کامل غلات در جیره (قبل یا بعد ازپلت) استراتژی‌های موثری در صنعت تغذیه جوجه های گوشتی هستند. لذا، این پژوهش به منظور ارزیابی تاثیر روش‌های مختلف استفاده از دانه گندم در جیره‌های پلت شده بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی و فراسنجه‌های ایمنی و خونی در جوجه‌های گوشتی دریافت کننده آب اسیدی شده انجام شد. در این آزمایش ، تعداد 300 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر سویه راس 308 با 6 تیمار و 5 تکرار در یک دوره 35 روزه استفاده شدند. آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با آرایش فاکتوریل 3×2 شامل دو سطح استفاده از اسیدهای آلی در آب آشامیدنی (0 و 350 میلی‌لیتر بر 1000 لیتر آب) و سه روش استفاده از دانه گندم (خرد شده در پلت، کامل در پلت و کامل بعد از پلت) بود. استفاده از دانه کامل گندم بعد از پلت سبب بهبود ضریب تبدیل غذایی  شد (05/0 > P). ضرایب قابلیت هضم ایلئومی پروتئین در جوجه‌های دریافت کننده آب اسیدی شده و جیره های حاوی دانه کامل گندم بعد از پلت به طور معنی داری افزایش یافت (05/0 > P). استفاده از دانه کامل گندم قبل از پلت سبب کاهش مقدار تری‌گلیسرید خون شد (05/0 > P). بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که استفاده از آب اسیدی و دانه کامل گندم بعد از پلت سبب افزایش عملکرد رشد، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی و برخی از ویژگی‌های لاشه در جوجه‌های گوشتی شد.

Using organic acids in drinking water and whole grain feeding are effective strategies in broiler nutrition. Therefore, A 2 × 3 factorial arrangement of treatments was used to study the effects of acidified drinking water (ADW) as 0 or 350 mL acidifier/1,000 L with three different wheat forms, including ground wheat (GW), whole wheat (WW), or pelleted whole wheat (PWW) on growth performance, carcass characteristics, nutrient digestibility and blood parameters of broiler chickens fed pelleted corn-soybean meal-based diets. Three hundred male broiler chickens at 1-d-old were randomly distributed into six treatments of five replicate pens each. WW improved feed conversion ratio (FCR) during all experimental phases (P < 0.05). The coefficients of ileal protein digestibility in chickens receiving acidified water and diets containing whole wheat grain after pelleting increased significantly (P < 0.05). They used whole wheat grain before the pellet decreased blood triglycerides (P < 0.05). Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that using acidic water and whole wheat grain after pelleting increased growth performance, nutrient digestibility, and some carcass characteristics in broiler chickens.
