اثرات مصرف دو گیاه دارویی رزماری و آویشن و اسانس آن‌ها بر فراسنجه‌های تولید گاز و تخمیرپذیری شکمبه‌گاوهای شیری در شرایط برون‌تنی

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر دو گیاه دارویی آویشن و رزماری و نیز اسانس این گیاهان، بر فراسنجه‌های تولید گاز، قابلیت هضم ماده مغذی، فراسنجه‌های تخمیرپذیری شکمبه و متان تولیدی صورت پذیرفت. آزمون تولید گاز با مدّت زمان کشت 96 ساعته در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی، با چهار تکرار در هر تیمار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل 1) جیره پایه با نسبت علوفه به کنسانتره 50:50 بدون افزودن گیاه دارویی و اسانس به‌عنوان تیمار شاهد، 2) تیمار شاهد + 15 گرم در کیلوگرم آویشن 3) تیمار شاهد + 15 گرم در کیلوگرم رزماری 4) تیمار شاهد + 100 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم اسانس آویشن و 5) تیمار شاهد + 100 میلی‌گرم در کیلوگرم اسانس رزماری بودند. نتایج این پژوهش نشان‌‌داد که کاربرد اسانس‌های گیاهی باعث افزایش معنی‌‌دار گاز تولیدی از بخش قابل تخمیر (b) و ثابت نرخ تولید گاز (c) در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد گردید (05/0>P). تیمارهای حاوی اسانس قابلیت هضم ماده خشک، ماده آلی و میزان اسیدهای چرب فرّار کل و اسید پروپیونیک را در مقایسه با شاهد افزایش دادند (05/0>P). تولید متان به‌صورت میلی‌لیتر بر گرم ماده خشک و نیتروژن آمونیاکی در تمامی تیمارهای آزمایشی در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت (05/0>P). به‌طورکلی با نتایج گزارش شده از این پژوهش، به‌نظر می‌رسد توان تغییر فرآیندهای تخمیرپذیری شکمبه با استفاده از گیاهان دارویی و اسانس‌های آن‌ها وجود دارد، اگرچه آزمایش‌های تکمیلی بیشتری برای بررسی این اثرات مورد نیاز است.

The Effects of Rosemary and Thyme Medicinal Herbs Consumption and Their Essences on Gas Production and Rumen Fermentation Parameters in Dairy Cows Under in vitro Conditions

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of two medicinal plants of thyme and rosemary and their essences on gas production, digestibility, ruminal fermentation  and methane production parameters.  The gas production test was conducted with a 96-hour cultivation time in the form of a completely randomized design, along with four repetitions per treatment. The treatments consisted of: 1) basal diet with -  a forage-to-concentrate ratio of 50:50 without addition of the medicinal herbs and essences as the control treatment; 2) control treatment + 15 g/kg of thyme; 3) control treatment + 15 g/kg of rosemary; 4) control treatment + 100 mg/kg essence of thyme and 5) control treatment + 100 mg/kg of rosemary essence.The results of this study indicated that the application of the essences caused a significant increase in the gas production potential from the fermentable segment (b) and the gas production rate constant (c) compared to the control treatment (P <0.05). The treatments containing essences increased dry matter digestibility, organic matter and total volatile fatty acids and propionic acid as compared to the control (P<0.05).  Methane production in milliliters per gram of dry matter and ammonia nitrogen decreased remarkably in all experimental treatments compared to the control treatment(P<0.05). Overall, according to the results of this study, it seems that changes to the ruminal fermentation processes are possible by using the herbs and their essences, although additional –experiments  are - needed to investigate these effects.
