تاثیر تغذیه کیک گرده و زمان‌های برداشت بر کیفیت و کمیت ژل رویال تولیدی و برآورد هزینه اقتصادی آن در منطقه سبزوار

چکیده

هدف از اجرای پژوهش بررسی تاثیر تغذیه کیک گرده و زمان‌های برداشت شده در 24، 48 و 72 ساعت پس از پیوند لارو در کندوهای زنبورعسل بر کیفیت و کمیت ژل رویال تولیدی بود. طرح آماری استفاده شده در قالب کامل تصادفی به صورت فاکتوریل بود که در آن کیک گرده (مصرف و عدم مصرف) و زمان های برداشت (4 ،48 و 72 ساعت پس از پیوند لارو) به‌عنوان فاکتورهای اصلی بودند. برای سنجش کیفیت، درصد 10 –هیدروکسی-2- دسنودیک اسید (HDA-10)، درصد پروتئین خام و درصد رطوبت اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد کمیت ژل رویال (g) تحت تاثیر زمان برداشت، و اثر متقابل زمان برداشت و تغذیه کیک قرار گرفت. بیشترین مقدار ژل رویال در تیمار تغذیه با کیک و زمان برداشت 72 حاصل شد. درصد HDA-10 تنها تحت تاثیر زمان برداشت قرار گرفت و بیشترین مقدار آن در زمان برداشت 24 بود. درصد رطوبت، پروتئین خام و چربی ژل رویال تحت تاثیر زمان برداشت، تغذیه کیک و اثر متقابل زمان برداشت و تغذیه کیک قرار نگرفت. اما درصد قندها (گلوکز و فروکتوز) و فنل کل تحت تاثیر زمان‌های مختلف برداشت و اثرات متقابل  زمان برداشت و مصرف کیک قرار گرفت. مصرف کیک گرده، طول زمان برداشت ژل رویال را به مدت حداقل 20 روز افزایش داده است. به طور کلی نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد با توجه به هزینه‌های برداشت ژل در زمان 24 ساعتی و مقدار کم و کیفیت بالای آن، قیمت ژل رویال 24 ساعته باید حداقل 5/2 برابر قیمت ژل معمولی برآورد شد.

The aim of this study was to use pollen cake on the quantity and quality of royal jelly (RJ) produced at 24, 48 and 72 hours after larval transplantation in beehives. The statistical design used in a completely randomized form was factorial in which the consumption and non-consumption of pollen cake and harvest times (24, 48 and 72 hours after larval transplantation) were main factors. The amount of RJ harvested in each pole was evaluated. Percentage of HDA-10, crude protein and moisture were measured to measure quality. The results showed that the quantity of RJ (g) was affected by harvest time, and the interaction of harvest time and cake feeding. The highest amount of RJ was seen in the treatment of cake feeding and harvest time 72. The percentage of HDA-10 was affected only by harvest time and its maximum value was at 24 harvest time. The percentage of moisture, protein and fat of RJ were not affected by the harvest time, cake feeding and the interactions. However, the percentage of sugars (glucose and fructose) and total phenol were affected by different harvest times and the interactions. Consumption of pollen cake has increased the harvest time of Royal Jelly for at least 20 days. In conclusion, the results of the present study showed that due to the cost of gel removal in 24 hours and its low amount and high quality, the price of 24-hour Royal Jelly was estimated to be at least 2.5 times the price of regular gel.
