تاثیر سطوح مختلف پودر آویش شیرازی (Zataria Multiflora Boiss) در جیره بر صفات تولیدی، اندام‌های درونی و خصوصیات کیفی گوشت بلدرچین ژاپنی

چکیده

در این پژوهش تعداد 225 قطعه بلدرچین یک‌روزه به‌مدت 35 روز در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 5 تیمار، 3 تکرار و 15 قطعه بلدرچین در هر تکرار، به منظور بررسی صفات تولیدی، اندام‌های درونی و خصوصیات کیفی گوشت مورد آزمایش قرار گرفتند. تیمارها شامل جیره شاهد و جیره‌های با سطوح 5/0، 1، 5/1 و 2 درصد پودر آویشن بودند. صفات خوراک مصرفی، افزایش وزن و ضریب تبدیل به-صورت دوره‌ای اندازه‌گیری شدند. بر اساس نتایج این آزمایش سطح 2 درصد آویشن سبب کاهش خوراک مصرفی در دوره رشد و کل دوره پرورش گردید (05/0>P). سطوح 5/1 و 2 درصد آویشن در کل دوره افزایش وزن را نسبت به تیمار شاهد کاهش دادند (05/0>P). جیره حاوی 5/0 درصد آویشن سبب بهبود ضریب تبدیل در دوره آغازین شد (05/0>P)، اما ضریب تبدیل در دوره رشد و کل دوره تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (05/0<P). وزن نسبی ترکیبات لاشه و اجزای دستگاه گوارش تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفتند (05/0<P). بیشترین وزن نسبی طحال و بورس فابرسیوس به‌ترتیب در سطوح 1 و 2 درصد آویشن شیرازی مشاهده شد (05/0>P). سطح 2 درصد آویشن سبب کاهش وزن نسبی لوله تخم‌بر و فولیکول‌ها و همچنین سبب کاهش تعداد فولیکول‌ها و طول لوله تخم‌بر نسبت به تیمار شاهد شد (05/0>P). پایداری اکسیداتیو گوشت در روز کشتار تحت تأثیر تیمارها قرار نگرفت (05/0<P) اما شمارش میکروبی گوشت در تمامی سطوح پودر آویشن کاهش معنیداری نسبت به تیمار شاهد داشت (05/0>P). استفاده از آویشن در جیره بلدرچین به‌طور معنی‌داری سبب کاهش مقدار خوراک مصرفی و بهبود ضریب تبدیل می شود.

چکیده [English]

In this study, to evaluate the production characteristics, internal organs and meat quality characteristics, 225 one-day-old Japanese quail were tested in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments, 3 replicates and 15 quail per replicate for 35 days. The treatments were consisted of control diet and diets containing 0.5, 1, 1.5 and 2 % levels of thyme. The performance parameters i.e. feed intake, weight gain and FCR were assessed periodically. The Results revealed that diets containing 2% of thyme decreased feed intake in growth and the entire experiment period significantly (P<0.05). Diets containing 1.5 and 2% thyme reduced weight gain compared to controls during the entire period significantly (P<0.05). Diet containing 0.5% thyme, improved FCR in the starter period significantly (P<0.05), but The FCR in the growth period and the entire period did not show significant difference (P>0.05). The relative weight of carcass and gastrointestinal tract components were not affected by treatments (P>0.05). The highest relative weight of spleen and bursa were observed in 1 and 2% of thyme’s diets respectively (P<0.05). Diet containing 2% thyme reduced the relative weight of oviduct and follicles and also reduced the number of follicles and oviduct length in compare to the control treatment (P<0.05). The Meat oxidative stability were not affected by treatments in the slaughter day (P>0.05) but microbial count of meat decreased significantly with thyme powder levels in compare to the control treatment (P<0.05). use of thyme in the diet of quail significantly decreased feed intake and improved FCR.
