مروری بر شیستوزومیوزیس در گوسفندان ایران

چکیده

شیستوزوما ترکستانیکم یکی از گونه‌های جنس شیستوزوما و از خانواده شیستوزوماتیده می‌باشد که موجب خسارات اقتصادی از جمله کاهش فراورده های دامی از قبیل توقف رشد، کاهش پشم، گوشت و وزن گوسفندان دامداری ها می شود. آلودگی به این انگل از ترکستان (کشورهای آسیای میانه شامل ازبکستان، ترکمنستان، قرقیزستان و قزاقستان)، روسیه، چین، مغولستان، پاکستان، عراق، ترکیه و ایران گزارش شده است. شیستوزومیوزیس یکی از بیماری‌های انگلی می‌باشد که موجب خسارات اقتصادی در دامداری‌ها می‌شود و طبق گزارش‌های موجود این بیماری در شمال، بعضی از مناطق مرکزی و جنوب ایران شایع می‌باشد. در این مطالعه بعد از مرور مطالعات انجام شده در زمینه وضعیت آلودگی شیستوزوما، وضع کنونی آلودگی در کشور مشخص شده و بعد از اشاره به بعضی خسارات ناشی از آلودگی در گوسفندان، راه‌های کنترل اصولی بحث شده است. علاوه بر آن نقاط قوت و ضعف، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها در امر کنترل بیماری، معرفی و در نهایت راهکارهای پیشگیری، مبارزه و کنترل و برنامه‌های لازم ارائه شده‌اند.

چکیده [English]

Schistosoma turkestanicum from schistosoma genus and family Schistosomatidae is an important agent of parasitological infection in sheep. Schistosomiosis as one of the parasitic infections may give rise to serious problems in animal husbandry such as decrease in product of wool, milk, meat and other bestial products that finally lead to an economic detriment. This parasite has been reported from Russia, China, Turkestan (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan), Pakistan, Iraq, Turkey and Iran. Schistosomiosis, as one of the parasitic infections, may give rise to serious economic problems in animal husbandry. According to some reports, this infection is prevalent in North, some central and Southern parts of Iran. In this study, different studies about schistosomiosis infection were reviewed, present situation of infection was described and economic losses of the infection in sheep were argued. In addition, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats related to the situation of schistosomiosis infection control were introduced. Finally strategies and plans for schistosomiosis infection control were described.
