اثرات دوره‌های گرسنگی کوتاه مدت بر ترکیب لاشه در قزل‌آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

چکیده

در صنعت آبزی پروری بنا به دلایل مختلف از جمله حمل و نقل، دوره های قبل از صید، رقم بندی و ... ماهیان ممکن است محرومیت غذایی را تجربه کنند. در طی دوره های گرسنگی برخی از گونه های ماهیان پروتئین ماهیچه و برخی دیگر لیپید را به عنوان منبع اصلی انرژی استفاده می کنند. بنابراین، با توجه به نقش اساسی دوره های گرسنگی بر ترکیب بیوشیمیایی بدن، مطالعه حاضر در پاییز 1389 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه صنعتی اصفهان به مدت 1 ماه انجام پذیرفت. پس از 3 هفته سازگاری تعداد 120 قطعه ماهی با میانگین وزنی 73/2 ± 39 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در بین 12 تانک 100 لیتری توزیع شد. گروه شاهد در تمام مدت آزمایش تا حد سیری تغذیه شد و سایر تیمارها به ترتیب دوره های 5، 7 و 10 روز گرسنگی را تجربه کردند. در پایان دوره های گرسنگی (روزهای 6 و 8 و 11) از هریک تیمارها همزمان با تیمار شاهد برای اندازه گیری میزان رطوبت، خاکستر، پروتئین و چربی نمونه برداری صورت گرفت. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که دوره های کوتاه مدت گرسنگی هیچ اثر معنی داری (05/0P). همچنین میزان خاکستر لاشه در تیمار 10 روز گرسنگی به طور معنی داری (05/0>P) بالاتر از تیمارهای 5 روز و 7 روز گرسنگی بود. به طور کلی تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که در زمان ایجاد استرس های غیرقابل پیش بینی از جمله حمل ونقل، رقم بندی و ... اعمال گرسنگی با توجه به اینکه اثرات قابل توجهی بر ترکیب لاشه ندارد، می تواند روش مناسبی برای کم کردن متابولیسم ماهی باشد.

چکیده [English]

In aquaculture, fishes might experience periods of food deprivation during pre-harvesting, transporting and sorting. In during starvation, some fish utilize muscle protein as a major energy source and some fish utilize primarily lipids. With respect to vital role of starvation periods on body composition, the current study was carried out for one month in autumn 2010 at research farm of Isfahan University of Technology. After adaptation for three week to experimental conditions, 120 experimental fish, with initial body weight of 39±2.73 g were randomly distributed in twelve 100 L fiberglass tanks and were subjected to 4 different feeding regimes: C, control (fed four times daily); D1 (5 days starvation); D2 (7 days starvation) and D3 (10 days starvation). At the end of starvation periods, Samples for the analyses of body composition (protein, lipid, moisture and ash) was collected. The results indicated that different starvation periods did not affect moisture, protein and lipid values between the treatments and the control group (P> 0.05). Ash value varied significantly (P < 0/05) between the control and the fish starved for 7 and 10 days. Also, ash value in the fish starved for 5 and 7 days were significantly lower (P< 0.05) than the fish starved for 10 days. It could be conclude that during occurrence unpredictable stress such as transporting and sorting, food deprivation could be appropriate method for reducing metabolism in this species, with respect to body composition of rainbow trout were not significantly affected by short-term starvation.
