The results showed that 7.8% of all ruminants in the present study were infected with L. serrata. There was no significant difference in the level of complement activity by classical method and lysozyme activity between infected and non-infected animals. Also, using an indirect haemagglutination test, in addition to accurately identifying infected samples from non-infected animals, the levels of IgG and IgM antibodies against L. serrata were estimated. IgG levels in infected samples were higher than IgM levels and the levels of these antibodies were significantly lower in non-infected samples. Overall, the present study suggests that this parasite in the intermediate host may escape from some important components of the innate immune system (such as the complement and lysozyme). Although the results of the present study showed that infection with the parasite increased the level of some antibodies, but these changes do not seem to provide the conditions for the eradication of the parasite.}, keywords = {Complement,Haemagglutination,Intermediate host,Linguatula serrata,lysozyme}, title_fa = {ارزیابی فعالیت کمپلمان و لیزوزیم و تعیین تیتر آنتی‌بادی در سرم میزبان‌های واسط آلوده به لینگواتولا سراتا با هماگلوتیناسیون غیر‌مستقیم}, abstract_fa = {این مطالعه به منظور تعیین شیوع آلودگی در گوسفندان و بزها با روش مشاهده‌ی انگل در غدد لنفاوی مزانتر و سنجش تیتر آنتی‌بادی با روش هماگلوتیناسیون غیرمستقیم و همچنین بررسی فعالیت کمپلمان سرم به روش کلاسیک و لیزوزیم صورت گرفته است. تعداد 791 نمونه‌ی خون و غدد لنفاوی مزانتر از گوسفندان (456) و بزهای (335) کشتار شده در کشتارگاه شهر اهواز (استان خوزستان) جمع‌آوری شد. نتایج حاصل نشان داد که 8/7 درصد از کل نشخوارکنندگان در تحقیق حاضر آلوده به لینگوآتولا سراتا بودند. میزان درصد آلودگی به تفکیک در گوسفندان 7/5 درصد و در بزها 7/10 درصد تخمین زده شد. در میزان فعالیت کمپلمان به روش کلاسیک و لیزوزیم بین گروه‌های آلوده و غیرآلوده در هر دو گروه حیوان تفاوت معنی‌داری مشاهده نشد. همچنین با استفاده از روش هماگلوتیناسیون غیرمستقیم علاوه بر مشخص نمودن دقیق نمونه‌های آلوده از غیرآلوده میزان IgG و IgM علیه لینگواتولا سراتا در سرم حیوانات نیز تخمین زده شد. میزان IgG در نمونه‌های آلوده بالاتر از میزان IgM بود و میزان این آنتی‌بادی‌ها در نمونه‌های غیرآلوده به میزان قابل توجهی پایین بود. در مجموع مطالعه‌ی حاضر نشان می‌دهد که این انگل در بدن میزبان واسط احتمالاً توانایی فرار از برخی از اجزای مهم سیستم ایمنی ذاتی (نظیر سیستم کمپلمان و لیزوزیم) را دارد. با اینکه نتایج مطالعه‌ی حاضر نشان داد که آلودگی به انگل باعث افزایش سطح برخی آنتی‌بادی‌ها می‌شود اما بنظر نمی‌رسد این تغییرات شرایط را برای از بین بردن انگل فراهم کند.}, keywords_fa = {کمپلمان,لیزوزیم,لینگواتولا سراتا,میزبان واسط,هماگلوتیناسیون}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_124723.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_124723_48b516c646e6abc6430cf1219dcc9a16.pdf} }
