Silver has been known for its antimicrobial properties over the past, and it is said to increase its antimicrobial properties by decreasing the particle size to nano scale. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of silver nanoparticles on immune system and blood lipids and microbial population of broiler chickens and compare it with flavomycin. A total 312 day-old broilers (Arbor-Acre Plus) were used in a completely randomized design with 6 treatments diets and 4 replicates per each replicate. The nano-silver solution (2000 ppm) was used in 400 and 800 cc per ton diet or 1000lit water to prepare treatments. Two treatments with and without antibiotic (flavomycin 500g/t) were considered as control groups. Number of monocytes increased significantly in birds received diets or drinking water containing 800 ml silver nanoparticles (p< 0.05). Different levels of silver nanoparticles in diet or drinking water had not significant effects on concentration of cholesterol, low density lipoprotein (LDL) and high density lipoprotein (HDL) of serum and coliform bacteria in the ileum. But the number of cholestridia in the ileum of birds received 800 ml silver nanoparticles in diet or drinking water increased significantly (p< 0.05). The results indicate that silver nanoparticles are not suitable for using as feed additives to encourage immune system and control pathogenic bacteria in broilers gut. Further studies are needed.}, keywords = {Broiler chicks,Blood biochemical properties,Immune system,Silver nanoparticles}, title_fa = {اثرات نانو ذرات نقره بر سیستم ایمنی، خصوصیات بیوشیمیایی خون و جمعیت میکروبی روده در جوجه‌های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {امروزه استفاده از آنتی بیوتیک‌ها به عنوان محرک رشد محدود شده است. نقره فلزی است که از گذشته‌های دور خواص ضدمیکروبی آن شناخته شده است و گفته می‌شود که با کاهش اندازه ذرات این فلز به مقیاس نانو خواص ضد میکروبی آن به شدت افزایش می‌یابد. هدف از انجام این آزمایش بررسی تأثیر نانوذرات نقره بر سیستم ایمنی و لیپیدهای خون و جمعیت میکروبی روده جوجه‌های گوشتی و مقایسه آن با آنتی‌بیوتیک فلاوومایسین بود. این آزمایش با استفاده از 312 قطعه جوجه نر یک روزه سویه تجاری آربوراکرز در قالب یک طرح کاملا تصادفی با شش تیمار و چهار تکرار انجام شد. از محلول ppm 2000 نانو ذرات نقره به مقدار 400 و 800 میلی‌لیتر در تن جیره و یا متر مکعب آب آشامیدنی استفاده شد. یک تیمار بدون افزودنی و یک تیمار حاوی فلاوومایسین به عنوان تیمارهای شاهد در نظر گرفته شدند. افزودن 800 میلی‌لیتر نانو ذرات نقره در جیره و یا آب آشامیدنی منوسیت‌ها را افزایش داد (05/0>p). سطوح مختلف نانو ذرات نقره در جیره و آب آشامیدنی، اثری بر مقدار کلسترول، لیپوپروتئین‌های کم چگال (LDL) و لیپوپروتئین‌های پر چگال (HDL) خون و جمعیت کلی فرم‌های ایلئوم نداشت ولی جمعیت کلستریدیوم‌های موجود در ایلئوم هنگام استفاده از 800 میلی‌لیتر نانو ذرات نقره در جیره و یا آب آشامیدنی افزایش یافت(05/0>p). نتایج حاصل از این آزمایش نشان داد که استفاده از نانوذرات نقره به عنوان یک افزودنی جهت کنترل باکتری‌های مضر موجود در دستگاه گوارش و تقویت سیستم ایمنی جوجه‌های گوشتی مناسب نیست. تحقیقات بیشتر در این زمینه ضروری است.}, keywords_fa = {جوجه گوشتی,صفات بیوشیمیایی خون,سیستم ایمنی,نانو ذرات نقره}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_119980.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_119980_daea1a957b588fe596074739106edbd8.pdf} }
