The lack of attention of the farmers to veterinary recommendations regarding observance of the prohibition of slaughter and poultry consumption, increases the amount of residues in poultry meat. Regarding the complications caused of these residues, such as drug resistance of germs, increased sensitivity to consumers, etc. In the present study, antibiotics residues of different groups, including quinolones, macrolides and fluorophenicol were investigated. Totally 8 antibiotics (4 antibiotical classes) in muscle and liver tissues of 90 samples from 13 slaughterhouses and 13 separate herds in early 1397 with a systematic random probability were collected, By liquid chromatography with a tandem mass spectrometer according the Grabnelli and el al method tested in the Residues Department of National Diagnostic Center of IVO.Finally, form 21 analytes that just Lincomycinthe macrolide class, and the enrofloxacin, ciprofloxacin in Quinolines was detected in sample and most of the frequency belong to ENR, LINCO.CIP, STZ respectively, and this ratio is significantly correlated with both liver and chicken tissue matrix. It should be mentioned that in 24 and 16% of muscles and livers only one type of antibiotic was detected there aren’t any samples with more than one antibiotic. None of the positive amounts weren’t above ISIRI and EU MRLs, then again, the presence of antibiotics, in particular, can be a potential public health hazard.}, keywords = {Liquid chromatography,Tandem mass,Antibiotic residue,Poultry}, title_fa = {بررسی چهار گروه آنتی‌بیوتیکی شایع در بافت عضله و جگر مرغ‌های کشتاری تهران به روش LC-MS/MS}, abstract_fa = {آنتی‌بیوتیک‌ها در طول دوره پرورش طیور استفاده می‌گردد وحضور بیش از حد مجاز باقیمانده‌ها آنها در گوشت طیور سبب مقاومت دارویی میکروبی، ازدیاد حساسیت و... می‌گردد. در مطالعه حاضر باقی مانده آنتی‌بیوتیک‌های مختلف از جمله کوئینولون‌ها، ماکرولید‌ها و فلورفنیکول مجموعا 8 آنتی‌بیوتیک (4 گروه دارویی) در بافت عضله و کبد 90 نمونه که در اوایل سال 1397 از 13 کشتارگاه و 13 گله مجزا با روش احتمالی تصادفی سیستماتیک جمع‌آوری و با روش کروماتوگرافی مایع با طیف سنج جرمی Tandem mass طبق روش استخراج و جداسازی گرنللی و همکارن بررسی شد. نهایتا از خانواده ماکرولیدها لینکومایسین و از خانواده کوینولین‌ها انروفلوکساسین، سیپروفلوکساسین در نمونه‌ها موجود یافت شدند طوری‌که بیشترین فراوانی به ترتیب متعلق به انروفلوکساسین، لینکومایسین و سیپروفلوکساسین بود و بصورت معنی‌داری این نسبت در هر دو ماتریکس کبد و بافت مرغ نیز دیده می‌شود. در 24 و 16 درصد موارد نمونه‌های عضله و کبد فقط یک نوع آنتی‌بیوتیک شناسایی و در هیچ یک از نمونه‌ها دو نوع آنتی‌بیوتیک توامان وجود نداشت. هیچ یک از مقادیر مثبت بدست آمده از حد مجاز تعریف شده اداره استاندارد و MRLs اتحادیه اروپا بیشتر نبود.}, keywords_fa = {کروماتوگرافی مایع,Tandem mass,باقیمانده آنتی بیوتیک,طیور}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_119969.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_119969_01cfc1152347fae438ada2612f1337fd.pdf} }
