The birds were anesthetized by chloroform inhalation and euthanized. After dissection, the position of kidneys and ureters with related structures studied. Tissue samples from cranial, middle and caudal portions of each kidney and ureter fixed in 15% neutral buffered formalin. Sections stained with H&E for histological observation and special stainings: Masson’s trichrome, Verhoeff’s, PAS, Alcian blue, and Gomori’s for histochemical investigation. Two nephron types present in kidney of birds. Renal capsule was made up of all the connective tissue fibers. Alcian blue and PAS-positive reaction found in the proximal convoluted tubules, collecting tubules and collecting ducts. The primary branches of ureter composed of tunica mucosa, submucosa, muscularis and serosa, whereas the secondary branches was only consisted of epithelium and connective tissue fibers. In all different regions of ureter, lymphatic tissues were not observed in the lamina propria. Histology of kidney and ureter showed no significant sex-based differences. Also, the histological structures of the kidney showed no significant differences among different divisions of the left and right kidneys. The microvilli and mucosal folds were more identified in the proximal region than those of the other regions of the organ. The thickness of tunica muscularis increased from the proximal to the distal region of the ureter. Unusual findings of the ureter in Alectoris chukar were the presence of isometric longitudinal folds, and muscularis mucosa.}, keywords = {Histochemistry,Histology,Native partridge,NEPHRON,Ureter}, title_fa = {مطالعه بافت‌شناسی و هیستوشیمی دستگاه ادراری در کبک‌های بومی (الکتوریس چوکار)}, abstract_fa = {به منظور تعیین ساختار بافت‌شناسی و هیستوشیمی دستگاه ادراری این مطالعه بر روی 20 کبک نر و ماده بالغ سالم (10 ماده و 10 نر) در سن 20 هفتگی صورت گرفت. پرندگان با کلروفرم بیهوش و آسان‌کشی شدند. پس از تشریح، موقعیت کلیه و میزنای‌ها با ساختارهای مجاور، مشخص گردید. پس از تقسیم کلیه و میزنای هر سمت به سه قسمت قدامی، میانی و خلفی، نمونه‌های بافتی اخذ و در فرمالین بافر 15 درصد تثبیت شدند. برش‌های بافتی با هماتوکسیلین-ائوزین جهت بافت‌شناسی و رنگ‌آمیزیهای اختصاصی ماسون تریکروم، ورهوف، پاس، آلسین بلو و گوموری جهت بررسی هیستوشیمی رنگ‌آمیزی شدند. در کلیه پرندگان، 2 نوع نفرون وجود دارد. کپسول کلیه از هر 3 رشته بافت همبند تشکیل شده بود. لوله‌های پیچیده فوقانی، لوله‌ها و مجاری جمع‌کننده در آلسین بلو و پاس واکنش مثبت نشان دادند. شاخه‌های اولیه میزنای از طبقات مخاطی، زیرمخاطی، ماهیچه‌ای و سروزی، درحالیکه شاخه‌های ثانویه صرفا از بافت پوششی و رشته‌های بافت همبند تشکیل شده بود. در پارین هیچیک از میزنای‌ها، بافت لنفاوی مشاهده نگردید. تفاوت مهمی در ساختار بافتی کلیه و میزنای بین جنس‌های نر و ماده مشاهده نگردید. همچنین تفاوتی بافتی قابل توجهی بین قسمت‌های مختلف کلیه‌های راست و چپ دیده نشد. میکروکرک‌ها و چین‌های مخاطی در قسمت قدامی میزنای بیشتر از سایر قسمت‌ها بود. ضخامت طبقه ماهیچه‌ای میزنای از قسمت قدامی به‌سمت قسمت خلفی افزایش یافته بود. از یافته‌های غیرمعمول میزنای در کبک‌های بومی، حضور چین‌های مخاطی طولی هم‌اندازه و ماهیچه مخاطی می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {بافت‌شناسی,کبک‌های بومی,میزنای,نفرون,هیستوشیمی}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_109884.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_109884_d6818eb39d8b6c6a95a6b1106ab9bb2f.pdf} }
