Due to small size of rodents than largemammals they have higher metabolism than them therefore more exposeds to environmental pollutions. In this study by statistical methodof principal component analysis that is a multivariate statistical method, the concentration of aluminum, copper, zinc, iron, lead, cadmium, cobalt, sodium, magnesium, potassium, calcium, chromium, nickel, strontium in liver, hair, heart and femur of Persian jird were investigated.In summer of 2012, samples were collected by using snap trap in different parts of copper mine. Wet digestion method and ICP-OES instrument were applied for measurement of metal concentrations in different tissues. The concentration of Cd, Pb and Co were reported below the limit detection of instrument. Three principal factors were extracted from principal component analysis which explain about 88% of the total variance. Calcium, sodium, zinc, magnesium, potassium and strontium with the first factor, iron, nickel, chromium and aluminum with the second factor and copper with the third factor show high correlation. All of the metals expect zinc placed in the first factor accumulate more in femur tissue and metals placed in the second and third factors accumulate more in hair tissue.}, keywords = {Principal component analysis,Persian jird,Metal,Tissue,Darreh Zershk}, title_fa = {ارزیابی غلظت فلزات در بافتهای مختلف جرد ایرانی با استفاده از روش آماری تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی (PCA)}, abstract_fa = {فرایندهای صنعتی مختلف مقادیر بالایی از فلزات را تولید می‌کنند و از این طریق بر اکوسیستم‌های طبیعی،گیاهان و جانوران تأثیر می‌گذارند. در نتیجه تعیین مقادیر آن‌ها به دلیل اثر تجمعی که در بافت‌های مختلف جانوران دارند، امر بسیار مهمی تلقی می‌شود. جوندگان به دلیل جثه کوچکی که نسبت به پستانداران بزرگ جثه دارند دارای میزان متابولیسم بالاتری نسبت به آن‌ها هستند در نتیجه بیشتر در معرض آلاینده‌های محیطی قرار می‌گیرند. در این مطالعه سعی شده است که با روش آماری تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی که یک روش آماری چند متغیره است، غلظت فلزات آلومینیوم، مس، روی، آهن، سرب، کادمیم، کبالت، سدیم، منیزیم، پتاسیم، کلسیم، کروم، نیکل، استرانسیم در بافت‌های کبد، مو، قلب و استخوان ران جرد ایرانی بررسی شود. نمونه‌ها با استفاده از تله فنری در تابستان 1391 از محدوده معدن مس دره زرشک جمع آوری گردید. غلظت فلزات در بافت‌های مختلف با روش هضم مرطوبو با دستگاه ICP-OES اندازه‌گیری شد. غلظت فلزات کادمیم، کبالت وسرب در نمونه ها زیر حد تشخیص دستگاه بودند. سه مؤلفه‌ی اصلی از آزمون تجزیه به مؤلفه‌های اصلی استخراج شد که در مجموع حدود 88 درصد از واریانس کل را توضیح می‌دادند. فلزات کلسیم، سدیم، روی، منیزیم، پتاسیم و استرانسیم با مؤلفه اول، فلزات آهن، نیکل، کروم و آلومینیوم با مؤلفه دوم و فلز مس با مؤلفه سوم همبستگی بالایی را نشان دادند. تمامی فلزات قرار گرفته در مؤلفه اول به غیر از روی در بافت استخوان و فلزات قرار گرفته در مؤلفه دوم و سوم در بافت مو تجمع بیشتری داشتند.}, keywords_fa = {تجزیه به مؤلفههای اصلی,جرد ایرانی,فلز,بافت,دره زرشک}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_103024.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_103024_32e3583451703d7767dd81249392a46f.pdf} }
