The values of these parameters can be used for confirming the maturity and for monitoring any changes in the quality of waters and related soils. The aim of present study was to investigate some of blood serum biochemical parameters in immature females and males of Argyrosomus hololepidotus. Blood samples were collected from twenty captured fish from coastal waters of Chabahar (Ramin waterfront). Serum levels of glucose, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride, bilirubin, total protein, albumin, phosphorus (P), sodium (Na), potassium (K), calcium (Ca) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) were determined as Mean±SD in immature males and females. The levels of different biochemical parameters in males and females were respectively as follows; Na (239.50±17.06, 257.80±20.80), K (3.87±0.98, 1.94±0.49), P (2.73±0.39, 2.79±0.53), Ca (2.89±0.47, 1.56±0.32) (mmol/l), glucose (71±10.33, 24.04±2.50), bilirubin (0.46±0.11, 0.24±0.05), ALP (68.30 ±124.17, 244.50±68.98) (Iu/l), BUN (1.94±0.50, 0.63±0.29), triglyceride (94.70±9.56, 32.85±7.56), CHO (13.02±2.69, 4.94±3.29) (mg/dl), total protein (1.65±0.51, 3.15±0.86) and albumin (0.44±0.16, 0.12±0.04)(g/dl). The results showed that the serum levels of Na and total protein in females were significantly higher than males and there were significant differences in all of the serum values (except P) between males and females (P<0.05).It can be concluded that the values of blood biochemical parameters may be affected by sex of fish.}, keywords = {Argyrosomus hololepidotus,Serum,Electrolyte,Non electrolyte}, title_fa = {پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی سرم خون میش ماهی}, abstract_fa = {پارامترهای بیوشیمی سرم خون یکی از جنبه‌های مهم در مدیریت گونه‌های در معرض خطر می باشد. این پارامترها بمنظور ارزیابی هرگونه تغییرات کیفیت آب و خاک و تعیین زمان رسیدگی جنسی مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرد. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی برخی الکترولیت و غیر الکترولیت ها ی سرم خون میش ماهی(Argyrosomus hololepidotus) نر و ماده نابالغ می باشد. روش کار: بدین منظور، خون گیری از 20 عدد میش ماهی صید شده از سواحل چابهار (اسکله رمین) انجام شد. مقادیر سرمی گلوکز، اوره، کلسترول، تری گلیسرید، بیلی روبین، پروتئین تام، آلبومین، فسفر، سدیم، پتاسیم، کلسیم و آلکالین فسفاتاز (میانگین±انحراف معیار) در دو جنس نر وماده نابالغ مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. مقادیر هر یک از پارامترها در جنس نر و ماده بترتیب عبارت بود از سدیم (06/17±50/239 و 80/20±80/257)، پتاسیم (98/0±87/3و 49/0±94/1)، فسفر (39/0±73/2 و53/0±79/2)، کلسیم (47/0±89/2 و32/0±56/1) (mmol/l)، گلوکز (33/10±71 و 50/2±04/24)، بیلی روبین (11/0±46/0و 05/0±24/0)، آلکالین فسفاتاز (17/124±30/468 (IU/l) و 98/68± 50/244)، اوره ( 50/0±94/1و 29/0±63/0)، تری گلیسرید (56/9±70/94 و 56/7±85/32)، کلسترول (69/2±02/13و29/3±94/4) (mg/dl)، پروتئین تام (51/0±69/1و 86/0±15/3) و آلبومین (16/0±44/0و 04/0±12/0) (g/dl). نتایج نشان داد که مقادیر سدیم و پروتئین در جنس ماده بیشتر از جنس نر بود و همه پارامترها به استثنای فسفر بین دو جنس اختلاف معنی دار داشت (05/0>P). بر اساس نتایج، میزان پارامترهای بیوشیمیایی خون می‌تواند تحت تاثیر جنسیت قرار گیرد.}, keywords_fa = {میش ماهی,سرم,الکترولیت,غیر الکترولیت}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101861.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101861_2d96ba2619633fff43376c2ce07df5f7.pdf} }
