Samples were collected in autumn 2013 and winter 2014. After measurement of fork length, weight, age by squama of 37 samples and preparation and parting of tissues, concentration of heavy metals were determined following wet digestion using Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. Spearman correlation test results showed that fork length and weight and uptake of copper in the muscle tissue have negative correlations (p<0.05). However this correlation between the weight and the uptake of iron is positive (p<0.05). In the skin, there is a positive correlation (p<0.05) between fork length and extent of absorption of iron and cadmium, unlike those between the weight and the absorption of zinc. The importance of the findings of this study due to the presence of heavy metals in tissues of fishes, especially muscle tissue, which is due to the consumption of oral tissue, heavy metals have the ability to transfer to humans in terms of public health and the health of people is a special place. These values were compared with the WHO and the FAO and UK(MAFF) safety standards regarding the amount of the above mentioned heavy metals in fish tissues. Based on the results of this study, The average concentrations of cadmium in the muscle and skin tissues proved to be higher than international standards. It is recommended not to use these fish due to the toxicity and high levels of cadmium in their muscle tissues.}, keywords = {Fork length,weight,Age,heavy metals,muscle,skin,CASPIAN ROACH,Caspian Sea}, title_fa = {بررسی ارتباط بین طول چنگالی، وزن و سن با میزان جذب فلزات سنگین در بافت‌های عضله و پوست ماهی کلمه (Rutilus rutilus caspicus) در نواحی جنوبی دریای خزری}, abstract_fa = {این تحقیق به منظور بررسی ارتباط بین طول چنگالی، وزن و سن با میزان جذب فلزات سنگین آهن، روی، مس و کادمیم در بافت‌های عضله و پوست ماهی کلمه در نواحی جنوبی دریای خزر، در دو ایستگاه ساری و بندرترکمن و در دو فصل پاییز و زمستان 1392 انجام شد. پس از سنجش طول چنگالی، وزن و سن (از روی فلس) 37 نمونه از ماهی کلمه و آماده‌سازی و جداسازی بافت‌ها، تعیین غلظت فلزات سنگین، در بافت های جدا شده پس از هضم تر با استفاده از دستگاه جذب اتمی شعله ای انجام گرفت. نتایج آزمون همبستگی اسپیرمن نشان داد که طول چنگالی و وزن ماهی با میزان جذب مس در بافت عضله همبستگی منفی دارد (05/0 > p)، در صورتیکه این همبستگی بین وزن ماهی و میزان جذب آهن مثبت می باشد (05/0 > p). در بافت پوست بین طول چنگالی و میزان جذب آهن و کادمیم ارتباط مثبت (05/0 > p) اما بین وزن و میزان جذب روی ارتباط منفی وجود دارد. اهمیت یافته های این تحقیق به دلیل حضور فلزات سنگین در بافت های ماهیان به خصوص بافت عضله می باشد که به دلیل مصرف خوراکی این بافت، فلزات سنگین قابلیت انتقال به انسان را داشته و از نظر بهداشت عمومی و سلامت افراد از جایگاه ویژه ای برخوردار است. مقادیر به دست آمده با مقادیر استاندارد این عناصر، ارائه شده از سوی سازمان های بهداشت جهانی، خواربار و کشاورزی ملل متحد و وزارت کشاورزی، شیلات و غذای انگلستان مقایسه شد که در مورد کادمیم میانگین غلظت آن در بافت های عضله و پوست از استاندارد ها بالاتر به دست آمد. با توجه به سمی بودن کادمیم و بالا بودن میزان آن در بافت عضله ماهیان، توصیه می‌شود از آنها استفاده نگردد.}, keywords_fa = {طول چنگالی,وزن,سن,فلزات سنگین,عضله,پوست,ماهی کلمه,دریای خزر}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101858.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101858_3837a3ee9c0d0f979b6538eba4950439.pdf} }
