Four hundred and fifty day old female broiler chicks (strains of Arian ) were divided into experimental groups: 1) Anzofin®, 2) Antibiofin®, 3)Immunofin®, 4) Bronkofin®, 5) savory (Zagrol®), 6) Mentofin®, 7) Enrofloxasin®, 8) Bromhexin®, 9) Positive control, and 10) Negative control. On day 14, treatments 1 to 9 were received IB- 4/91vaccine 5 times greater than the standard dose and Negative control received the standard dose of IB vaccine. Treatments 1 to 6 received herbal medicines via drinking water from day 15 until day 42. Treatment 7 and 8 were received chemical medicines from day 15 to day 19. The highest and lowest antibody titter against infectious bronchitis was observed in Negative control and Immunofin, respectively (P>0.05). On 41 days of age there was significant difference between treatments Antibiofin® and Mentofin® (P>0.05). Anzofin® treatment showed highest antibody titer against Newcastle virus in both periods of 36 and 42 day old (P>0.05). The highest and lowest response to injection of phytohemaglotinin was observed in Immunofin® and Positive control, respectively (P<0.05).The highest H/L ratio was observed in positive control (P<0.05). About improving the respiratory disorders among herbal medicine the influence of Mentofin®, Antibiofin® and savory was better than others and was the same with influence of Enrofloxasin® antibiotic and Bromhexin®.}, keywords = {herbal medicine,respiratory disorders,Immune system,broilers}, title_fa = {مقایسه اثر چند داروی گیاهی و شیمیایی تجاری بر کاهش آسیب های تنفسی، سیستم ایمنی و ماندگاری جوجه های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {این مطالعه به منظور مقایسه اثر داروی گیاهی و شیمیایی تجاری بر سیستم ایمنی و بهبود آسیب های تنفسی جوجه های گوشتی چالش شده با واکسن برونشیت عفونی انجام شد. تعداد450 قطعه جوجه گوشتی ماده یکروزه سویه ”آرین“به گروه های آزمایشی 1) آنزوفین، 2) آنتی بیوفین، 3) ایمونوفین، 4) برونکوفین، 5) مرزه (زاگرول)، 6) منتوفین، 7) آنتی بیوتیک انروفلوکساسین، 8) برم هگزین، 9) شاهد مثبت و 10) شاهد منفی تقسیم شدند. در 14 روزگی تیمارهای 1 تا 9 واکسن برونشیت 91/4 را 5 برابر دز استاندار و تیمار 10 واکسن مزبور را در حد دز استاندارد دریافت نمودند. از 15 روزگی تیمارهای 1 تا 8 داروهای گیاهی و شیمیایی مورد آزمایش را از طریق آب آشامیدنی دریافت نمودند. بیشترین عیار پادتن علیه برونشیت عفونی در تیمار کنترل منفی و کمترین در تیمار ایمونوفین مشاهده شد (05/0 < p). در دوره 41 روزگی بیشترین عیار پادتن بین داروهای مورد استفاده در تیمار آنتی بیوفین و منتوفین مشاهده گردید (05/0 < p). تیمار آنزوفین در هر دو دوره 36 و 41 روزگی بالاترین عیار پادتن را علیه ویروس نیوکاسل نشان داد (05/0 < p). بیشترین و کمترین پاسخ به تزریق فیتوهماگلوتینین به ترتیب در تیمارهای ایمونوفین و کنترل مثبت مشاهده شد (05/0 > p). بیشترین نسبت هتروفیل به لیمفوسایت در تیمار ایمونوفین مشاهده گردید (05/0 > p).در بین داروهای گیاهی منتوفین، آنتی بیوفین و مرزه در کاهش آسیب های تنفسی موثرتر واقع شدند و این اثر با اثر داروهای شیمیایی انروفلوکساسین و برم هگزین در کاهش آسیب‌های تنفسی برابر بود.}, keywords_fa = {داروهای گیاهی,آسیب های تنفسی,سیستم ایمنی,جوجه گوشتی}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101787.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101787_13f80f6cc0e521f650ecf02ed3c2196a.pdf} }
