A total of 288 one- day-old broiler chicks (Cobb 500) were randomly assigned to 6 treatments and 4 replicates with 12 chicks per each replicate in a completely randomize design for 6 weeks. Treatments include Diet 1 was a negative control containing no antibiotics or growth promoters (NC). Diet 2 was the positive control consisting of NC plus Virginiamycin (antibiotic). Diet 3 was NC and Digestarom (blend of medicinal plants). Diet 4 was NC to which Protexin (probiotic) was added. Diet 5 was NC plus Immunowall (prebiotic). Diet 6 was NC plus a combination of Immunowall and Protexin. The mortality rate and survival percentage were determined daily. Body weight gain, feed intake and feed conversion ratio (FCR) were measured weekly. Nutrients digestibility was determined in d 42.  In order to evaluate Intestinal morphology, at d 38 day of age, one bird from each replicate was killed by cervical dislocation. Body weight gain, feed intake, mortality rate, nutrient digestibility and crypt depths of the duodenum and jejunum and villus height/crypt depth ratio of the three intestinal segment were unaffected by dietary supplementation of experimental treatments. Chicks supplemented with antibiotic had shorter villus height and crypt depth in the jejunum than birds fed probiotic and prebiotic. The results demonstrated that addition of the prebiotic to the feed as well as antibiotic had a significant effect on FCR at 42 days of age.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {تأثیر گیاهان داروئی، پری بیوتیک، پروبیوتیک و آنتی بیوتیک بر مورفولوژی روده و قابلیت هضم ایلئومی مواد مغذی در جوجه‌های گوشتی}, abstract_fa = {این آزمایش به منظور بررسی اثرات گیاهان داروئی، پری بیوتیک، پروبیوتیک و آنتی بیوتیک بر عملکرد، قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی و مورفولوژی روده جوجه های گوشتی، با استفاده از 288 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر یک روزه سویه تجاری ”کاب 500“ در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 6 تیمار، 4 تکرار و 12 قطعه جوجه گوشتی در هر تکرار انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شامل جیره شاهد (بدون افزودنی غذایی)، جیره حاوی ویرجینیامایسین (آنتی بیوتیک)، جیره حاوی دایجستروم (مخلوط تجاری گیاهان داروئی)، جیره حاوی پروتکسین(پروبیوتیک)، جیره حاوی ایمنووال(پری بیوتیک)، جیره حاوی پروتکسین با ایمنووال بودند. وزن بدن، خوراک مصرفی و ضریب تبدیل غذایی بصورت هفتگی اندازه گیری شد و تلفات به صورت روزانه ثبت گردید. قابلیت هضم مواد مغذی در پایان 42 روزگی اندازه گیری شد. در 38 روزگی دوره پرورش به منظور بررسی مورفولوژی روده از هر تکرار آزمایشی یک نمونه ذبح گردید. اثر تیمارهای آزمایشی بر وزن بدن، مصرف خوراک، درصد تلفات، قابلیت هضم ایلئومی مواد مغذی، ارتفاع خمل ها و عمق کریپت در دوازدهه و ایلئوم و نسبت ارتفاع خمل به عمق کریپت در هر سه ناحیه روده معنی دار نبود. عمق کریپت و ارتفاع خمل ها در  ژژنوم جوجه های مصرف کننده ویرجینیامایسین نسبت به جوجه های مصرف کننده پروبیوتیک و پری بیوتیک کوتاه تر بود. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که افزودن ایمنووال به جیره جوجه های گوشتی همانند ویرجینیامایسین سبب بهبود ضریب تبدیل غذایی در 42 روزگی شد.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101153.html}, eprint = {https://vj.areeo.ac.ir/article_101153_529686c426011ee017318426c94e2ec8.pdf} }
